Explanation & Terms

WiFi

The WiFi will be renamed to sponsor's name, so that attendees using WiFi, will select the sponsor's name, for that day.
Sponsor will be acknowledged on PDD website, event signage and at opening remarks. Sponsor may be required to provide signage to venue specifications. One scheduled email blast and one free admission to ALL monthly meetings is also included. 

Breakfast

Sponsor will be acknowledged on PDD website and event signage. Sponsor may be required to provide signage to venue specifications.

Lunch

Sponsor will be acknowledged on PDD website and event signage. Sponsor may be required to provide signage to venue specifications.

Afternoon Snack

Sponsor will be acknowledged on PDD website and event signage. Sponsor may be required to provide signage to venue specifications.

Lanyards

Priority will be given to sponsor with lanyard designs that contain both the IIBA logo, the sponsor’s logo (in equal size) and the year. Assume 100-300 lanyards.

Tote Bag

Priority will be given to sponsor that produces a bag for the event that has both the IIBA logo, the sponsor’s logo (in equal size) and the year. Otherwise, we will consider any request. Assume 100-300 bags.

Notebook

Priority will be given to sponsor that produces a notebook for the event that has both the IIBA logo, the sponsor’s logo (in equal size) and the year. Otherwise, we will consider any request. Assume 100-300 notebooks. 50 page minimum with professional binding. Notebooks may be distributed in gift bags.
